We run weekly Fitball classes for any pregnant women or new mothers, who want to strengthen, stretch, improve posture, and prevent injuries.
A woman’s body undergoes great changes both during and after childbirth. In the antenatal period it is very common to suffer with back pain. After your baby is born our physiotherapists can show you a graded Pilates based Fitball exercise program to help you to regain your abdominal tone and protect your back from strain. We will also show you how to re-educate your pelvic floor muscles to prevent developing any problems with bladder and bowel control.
