We use techniques such as Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Therapy, passive and active stretching to enhance the effectiveness of each treatment. Our massage therapists know when to refer to Physiotherapy if they feel that there is an underlying musculoskeletal injury/ pathology.
